These trimester wise activities and sessions have been designed to improve your and your unborn babies physical and mental well being. This is achieved through an integrated and balanced exercises, yoga, meditation and information classes.
Having undertaken a comprehensive pre and post pregnancy program in Australia, Rita is keen to share such information and exercises with pregnant women in Ahmedabad, Surat and Chandigarh.
After birth and while you are still breast feeding, simply joining a gym may not be the correct solution for you. Our post-natal workout and balanced diet program is specially developed to help you get back to shape safely and effectively.
Join the post-natal program on a month-by-month basis.
Importance of breast feeding (especially in the immediately after birth) has been proven. Rita can visit you straight after delivery to help you with practical issues of breast feeding, getting out of bed, transitional diet and many more tips. This is to ensure that your baby does not miss out on the extremely important first few days of breast milk.
