Many women especially working women sit cross legged and/or stand in one spot for long periods. Is this a safe practice during Pregnancy?

Do not sit cross-legged when pregnant. The volume of blood has increased by almost a time and a half in your body. It can cause cramps, varicose veins, and swelling in your legs. Also, avoid standing in one spot longer than 10 min.
