By using pregnancy101.in or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these terms.

Enrollment & access

• Course access is personal and non-transferable, delivered via app.pregnancy101.in and live class links.
• Each course's inclusions, validity (e.g., plan length or "till EDD") and price are as displayed at purchase.
• We may reschedule individual classes; recordings or alternate slots are offered where applicable.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain your doctor's clearance before joining exercise-based programs.
• Provide accurate information, including due date and relevant health conditions.
• Do not record, share or redistribute class content.

Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payment is due at enrollment through the options provided on our app. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rita's Pregnancy 101 is not liable for injuries or outcomes arising from participation in classes; participation is voluntary and at your own risk, within your doctor's guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat hold jurisdiction.
