Program Structure

Our program is structured into 6 different routines, each lasting 15 days. Over the course of 6 months, you’ll follow a step-by-step approach to gradually build your strength, with each routine designed to progress at a comfortable pace for your body.

  • Bi-weekly group meetings with Rita Ma’am: Twice a month, you’ll have the chance to join live online meetings with Rita Ma’am to discuss your progress, ask questions, and stay motivated.

  • Handout booklet: Receive a helpful booklet full of tips, exercises, and resources to guide you through your recovery.
