Our program focuses on gentle exercises and yoga designed specifically for this trimester. Along with fitness, you’ll also engage in Garbh Sanskar, a spiritual practice that nurtures both your body and mind.

Program Structure
This 1st trimester program is all about easing into pregnancy fitness with exercises and stretches that work with your changing body. You’ll experience a mix of gentle movements and yoga that gradually introduce your body to the upcoming months of pregnancy. We'll keep things light, but effective, setting the foundation for the rest of your journey.
