Pregnancy classes in Hyderabad, from second trimester to fourth
A single program that runs the length of your pregnancy and past the delivery, live yoga three times a week, weekly childbirth education, and postnatal recovery once the baby arrives.
Most classes stop at the hospital door
Hyderabad has no shortage of prenatal yoga options and a handful of hospital antenatal workshops. What is harder to find is a program that keeps going, one that teaches you labour stages in month seven, breastfeeding in month eight and then walks you through the first six weeks with a newborn.
That continuity is the point of Pregnancy 101. The same team that corrects your squat in the second trimester is the one answering your latching question three weeks after birth. Nothing restarts, nothing gets handed over.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a centre in Hyderabad?
No. Every class is live online, so mothers in Gachibowli, Secunderabad and anywhere else in the city join the same batch.
How is this different from a hospital antenatal class?
Hospital sessions are typically one or two workshops close to the due date. Ours run weekly across the pregnancy and continue after birth.
Are the classes in Telugu?
Classes are conducted in English and Hindi. Instructors will clarify anything on request.
Can I start in the third trimester?
Yes. If you join late we prioritise labour preparation, breathing and breastfeeding so you are ready in time.
What does it cost?
Prenatal plans start at Rs 1,000 a month. All three programs are priced on the courses page.
