Prices range from a few hundred rupees for a one-off workshop to tens of thousands for a studio package. Here is what sits behind those numbers and what you should expect at each level.
Why the range is so wide
A hospital antenatal workshop in an Indian metro typically costs between Rs 500 and Rs 3,000 for one or two sessions. A studio prenatal yoga package runs from Rs 2,000 to Rs 6,000 a month, usually for eight to twelve classes with no childbirth education attached. Doula and private childbirth educator packages start around Rs 25,000.
The gap is mostly about duration and scope. A cheap workshop covers one afternoon. An expensive package covers months. Before comparing prices, check how many weeks of support you are actually buying and whether labour education, breastfeeding and postnatal recovery are included or sold separately.

A prenatal-specific certification, not a general fitness qualification.
