Pregnancy classes for working women
Evening batches, recorded information classes and exercises you can do at a desk, so a full-time job does not mean an unprepared pregnancy.
The problem is not motivation, it is scheduling
Working women rarely skip prenatal care because they do not care about it. They skip it because the only class in the area runs at 11am on a Tuesday, and no amount of good intention will move a standup meeting.
Everything about our schedule assumes you are working. Live yoga runs in morning and evening slots. Information classes are recorded so you can watch them at night. The Saturday Q&A is on a weekend for a reason. And the desk-based mobility work exists because most of your day is spent sitting.

Frequently Asked Questions
I travel for work. Can I still keep up?
Yes. Classes are online, so you attend from wherever you are, and anything you miss is available as a recording.
Are there classes after 7pm?
Yes, we run evening batches. Message us on WhatsApp for the current timings.
Is sitting all day harmful in pregnancy?
Prolonged sitting worsens swelling, back pain and circulation. The fix is not to stop working, it is to move briefly and often, which is what the desk routines are for.
When should I stop working?
That is a medical decision between you and your doctor. Our information classes cover what to consider and how to plan the handover.
What does it cost?
Prenatal plans start at Rs 1,000 a month. Full pricing is on the courses page.
Try a class after work
Try the 1-week demo at ₹99 in an evening batch and see whether it fits your schedule.
